US Immigration from Spain

It's been a month since the paperwork was sent off and still not had the NOA 1, the check hasn't been cashed, and no email or text to say it's being looked at from the G form. How much longer should my partner wait before we send a new package or is there an email we can send to ask them to double check it's not just sat there?

My wife (USC) just got her Employment Verification Letter after a lot of insistence to her (very slow) HR department.

She told them what the letter needs to say (she litteraly send a template of a letter I saw here in VJ). But they wrote what they wanted so they didn t include her annual income ()they jsut put how much has earn until now) and they didn t mention that her position is permanent.

The letter says basically this.

XXX has been employed with XXXXXX Company since XX/XX/2019 with her current position XXXX.

As of 07/31/2020, her year to date earnings are XX.XXX.

If you have any aditional questions plese feel free to contact HR at XXXXXXX.

Would this be enough? We have her paystubs from december 2019 until now, and we have calculated her yearly salary to add it on the I-864.

My attorney just finished uploading all the required documents at the NVC website.

Taking a look today at them, I see 2 shocking things:

1) Under the CIVIL DOCUMENTS tab, I see that in the PHOTOGRAPHS part, she uploaded the pdf with the photos of me and my spouse that we did for the I130, I thought it should contain my passport photos.

2) We have a joint sponsor, but instead of adding a joint sponsor, she uploaded all the financial documents of our joint sponsor and my spouse's finantial documents all together, that does not look right does it?

What do you think about it?
