US Immigration from Spain

Applied for AOS on December 23. My interview has been ready to be scheduled since February 28th. Still waiting.

Guys, for those of you who have filed for the CR-1 online, can you tell me about the experience, so I know what to expect? I'm not even sure if filing online is better or even appropriate for us, since I live in the US and of course I am right right now (I am a US citizen).

For instance, can you start the application, and save progress, without submitting the form? Can you continue to submit evidence after you have submitted the form, and maybe examples of evidence you've submitted? How and when do you pay for it once you are ready? And maybe anything else you might think that is important. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pulling things together to file and doing a lot of review of the CR-1 guides to prepare for it, as me and my fiance have been married for a month and a day, and I want this process to get underway, so we can be with each other full time. She still has 7 weeks here before she has to leave, but I can't hardly bear the fact of her having to go back, although we both know she must (We are going to do this the right way, we aren't "cutting line" and we certainly aren't going to commit visa fraud!).

Again, any feedback from you knowledgeable guys would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, where can i find a date of when NVC approved my case? In ceac o uscis?

I wanted to ask a quick question about the police records for a k1 visa. Our k1 case was updated from "at nvc" to "in transit" today. I want to start collecting all the documents I will need before the interview, since my interview will be in Spain and they require you to send everything by mail once you get the P3 to be able to book an interview.

I lived in Germany for over 6 months (a year ago), so I will need to send them that police record and the Spanish one. For the Spanish I can get it quick, but the German takes a couple of weeks (they only ship it by mail). The thing is when our case got "At nvc" about 3 months ago I already requested the german police record thinking I would get the interview in the next few months, but now is about to expire on December 29th, should I start applying for a new one or since I have not lived there anymore the current one would be okay even if expires before the interview?

I filed the I-130 petition in September 2020 and was wondering what the process times are for petitions filed online. On the processing times it just lists the estimates for each physical processing center, but not for the petitions filed online. I am from Texas...would it be processed there? Does online slow down the processing time?
