US Immigration from South Korea

My fianc and I recieved our NOA2 on 2/22. We still have not received any notification from the NVC that our petition has been recieved and we have not yet recieved our case number. We have submitted a few inquiries to the NVC to check for an update and we received the same message each time, informing us know that it can take up to 6 weeks to receive a petition. On the NVC website, it's listed that they are now processing cases that were received on 4/14. We are worried because it has been more than 2 months from our approval date. We also know that our petition will expire after a certain amount of time which is another factor we are worried about. Is anyone experiencing the same delays?

So my husband and I got our NOA2 and we are super excited! So now we are prepping for the NVC stage even though we know there will be some time between NVC receiving our case and everything we need to do. For the Police certificate from South Korea, is there an expiration date? I can t find one on the US document equivalent website besides two years and the Korean police certificate does not have an expiration on it according to the Police station my husband called that can issue it in his city in Korea.

anyone who completed the NVC stage for South Korea have a list of documents needed? Or any info about the police certificate validity period?

I'm wondering if anyone has experience enrolling on arrival for Global Entry at Vancouver BC Airport (YVR)? We currently conditionally approved and we're planning a trip soon, so we're considering enrolling in Vancouver as DHS lists Vancouver BC - YVR airport as one of the international ones that do interviews.

Has anyone done this before? What was your experience like? Any tips or advice?

Some say with staffing issues across the country, they've been some airports severely limiting the hours when Global Entry Enrollment on Arrival is available.

There are couple older threads about this but was wondering:

Has anyone w/ CR1 on the forum has a recent experience entering the United States with an expired green card but with a recent four-year extension letter and Global Entry? Can you share your experience and any advice you may have on this? Also information on which port of entry was used would be very appreciated.

Hey everyone, hoping we're all nearing the end of our visa saga! My wife and I just had our interview yesterday at the embassy in Seoul, South Korea and the visa was issued today, so we're done! 16 months start to finish... and that was without any RFEs or anything. Here's our brief timeline, good luck to everyone on the last stages!

Nov 15 2021: Filed with USCIS (transferred from Nebraska to Vermont, who knows where else)

Nov 11 2022: Got approved and sent over to the NVC

Dec 29 2022: Got approved / DQ'd

Feb 7 2023: Got the interview appointment

Mar 8 2023: Had our interview in Seoul, South Korea

Mar 9 2023: Visa Issued
