US Immigration from South Korea

I submitted last night with electronic signature. Now, the i864 upload section is not editable. It's still possible to upload "Form i864 Affidavit of Support" in the "Additional Documents" section, though (see photo).

• My question is will this actually work and be accepted? I'm not concerned it will reset my current timeline since I just submitted last night.
• Context: I want to know if my new reality is I have to wait months to review, agent ignore the correct version in Additional Documents, get rejected, then have to resubmit and wait more months.

I'm Alec, a 28 year old dual citizen (Danish and American). I've been living in Denmark my whole life and met my girlfriend who is a Korean a year ago. I am working in my own company in Denmark and I've never worked in the US.

Me and my girlfriend are planning to move together and want to live in the US as the process of getting a Visa is much easier in the US compared to Denmark. We want to apply for the K1 Visa so she can move together with me to the US.
I think the main problem is that I haven't been living in the US at all. Could that affect our K1 application? Is there anything we need to be careful about?

Furthermore, can I apply for the K1 visa on my girlfriends behalf here in Denmark? Or do I have to go to the US to apply?

I'm a USC (petitioner). My wife (who is overseas) just moved to a different apartment couple weeks ago.

We kind of forgot about it until I-130 Approval Notice came through yesterday!

I think I read somewhere that we get a chance to update beneficiary's address in DS260 or I864. Pretty much, we get a chance to update beneficiary's address during NVC stage.

Is what I remember above true?

The approval notice says "NVC will contact the beneficiary of this petition with further information" and we are now worried that she might miss the mail going to her old address. Do they contact via mail or email?

My fiance is a Korean citizen but lived in Canada for a couple years while attending university. She needs to get a police certificate from Canada for her interview at the embassy. We applied for K1 and just received NOA-2.

It's been a little unclear what exact form she needs to request, and it seems on the Canadian web page there are some pretty significant delays regarding police checks/certificates. If anyone has gone through this with Canada I would appreciate any help regarding the steps toward obtaining the correct police document.

Hi everyone!

My husband is set to enter the US next week on his CR-1 visa. Will the government shut down affect him entering the US? I know CBP is essential and USCIS is funded by fees so they will still be working. But will they not properly process his visa entry at the airport due to the government shut down or deny him entry because of the shut down?

Did anyone enter on a IR-1/CR-1 during the last shut down and can provide some insight?
