My wife went back to China for a couple of months and is planning her return. I haven't been able to get reliable info through internet searches nor on here if her father can come back directly from China, or if they have to do a 2 week quarantine in a country not on the ban list. They want to come back in mid May. I've read that regular tourist visa holders cant come directly from a banned country. But does it also affect her father? She has a 2 year greencard and in the waiting process for the 10 yr greencard interview. And yes she has her extension letter.

Hi guys, Wondering if anyone is waiting for an interview at the US embassy in Seoul? Hubby got DQ for CR1 on 02/25/2021 and we haven't heard anything from NVC after that. I know the embassy is backlogged. Just searching for any information to hopefully get some idea of when we might get an appointment. TIA

Has anyone recently had their biometrics appointment at the USCIS ASC in San Francisco? I submitted my AOS application on July 8, 2020, and USCIS received my RFE documents on September 2, 2020. I haven t heard a peep since then.

Hi all, My fiance finished filling out and submitted his ds-160. However, he answered "yes" for the question asking if anyone has ever filed a petition with USCIS on his behalf. He explained that his fiancee (myself) filed the i-129f petition on his behalf. I saw online that the best answer for this question is no for k1. Would this question cause confusion or hold us up? Would he have to restart based on his answer for this alone?
