| New Job while waiting for I-130 Approval |

Hi everyone, I (petitioner) filed for my husband's CR-1 this past April so we are still waiting for I-130 to get approved. I started a job in April but the pay hasn't been very good and I am looking to switch jobs to one with better pay (way above the FPL). Will this affect our application when we get to the NVC stage? Or depending on the length of time between me starting a new higher paying job and the date we submit documents to NVC it will be alright? Basically, how many paystubs are needed from a current job at the NVC stage after your I-130 is approved? I have my tax returns for the past three years, but I made foreign income because I was living abroad. However, it was still technically above the FPL. Do you think I will probably need to get a joint sponsor in this case due to having foreign income from 2019-2021 and switching jobs in 2022 in the U.S.? My lawyer made it sound like getting a joint sponsor is a lot of work paperwork wise, but I do have someone I can ask to be a joint sponsor if necessary. Thank you for any help or suggestions!

Hello I had my CR-6 visa interview on May 22. The interviewer said there was no problem with my case so she said that she was going to approve my case. Now it has been more than 4 months and I have not received anything yet. My status still shows as "Interview was scheduled". The filed office is iChicago. Any thoughts or reccomendations?

I was reading through instructions from the embassy in my country: https://uploads.mwp.mprod.getusinfo.com/uploads/sites/67/2022/06/Instruction-pkt_MIV_Expd.pdf It says I must submit civil documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate) that were issued within 1 year. Well, at the time I was uploading to CEAC they were within 1 year and they were accepted, but I got a FE Review note, and now those civil docs are slightly older than 1 year. Perhaps I can get new ones issued and bring to the interview after I get DQ'ed since those other documents are already accepted? Will this be an issue?

Hello, Sorry as this question was likely has been covered. We were given 10 year IR1 green card on 12/16/2019 and eligible for N-400 filing on 9/16 of this year. 7 years remaining on the green card. Could someone please comment on if it's good idea/neccessary to file I-751 for 10 year green card holders? I thought I'd ask as it seems everyone is filing both(n400 + i751) at the same time. Thank you.
