US Immigration from South Africa

Hi all,

I applied for my ssn over a year ago after I got married (k1) soon after got a letter in the mail acknowledging that I applied for one.
I received my combo card in the mail in May and I thought my ssn will follow along. Three weeks past and I called ssa and they said they can t find anything for me on the system. Should I apply for a new one or am I going to get mine when my AOS gets approved? Also, if I apply for a new one will this cause any issues since I already applied for one and didn t get denied?

Just wondering who has gotten their new GC and how long it took from filing I751? I filed mine Jan 2022, so early days, and visajourney is sending me notifications that my expected date for the new GC is August 2023 - is that about right?? Wow.

I am in the process of filing ROC for my husband I have a question about the children part....we do not have any children together yet but I have a child do i include my child on the section were it say children or is it just children born while we have been married?

Good morning, I have read thru the guides for naturalization and I just want to make sure I understand correctly.... My husband and I have been married for three years (2019) however he has only been a permanent resident since oct. 2020 (because of COVID and things shutting down) so in essence he has only be a Permanent Resident for 1 yr 9 months.. does this mean he cant do Naturalization and we have to Lift Conditions instead? Thank you in advance!!!!
