US Immigration from Portugal

I am from Portugal and my wife is a US citizen.

I got my I-130 recently approved by the USCIS, case was closed and moved to the National Visa Center.

A few days later, me and my wife got an email from the National Visa Center with our login information, so we logged in and activated our account.

Our next steps are to pay the fees, upload the required documents and schedule the embassy interview which will be held in Paris, France.

I've got some questions about the medical exams and the embassy interview that hopefully someone will clarify:

> Should i schedule my medical exams (that will be held in Lisbon, Portugal) before schedueling the embassy interview or after schedueling the embassy interview?

> Will the medical clinic in Lisbon send the medical exams directly to the embassy? Or am i required to go get them afterwards?

> If i'm missing required vaccinations, will the clinic let me know? Or should i take them before the medical exams?

> The embassy in France requires that we buy and bring a "Chronopost envelope, 2 Kg format 25x36cm for Union Europeen international delivery" that should be bought from the frech post office "La Poste", but i can't find the envelope with the exact "25x36cm", but they do have one with "29x38 cm". Will it be a problem if i buy this one instead?

I'm 27F fiance 31M, Ive been married before for 7 years in my country not American, had tourist visa denied before we applied for k1, our relationship is 1 year, we started dating after my divorce been terminated like right after I got my divorce certificate, we met twice for 20+ days before applying for k1, got tourist visa Denied in September 2023, applied for k1 29 march 2024, our I-129F been approved after 2 months of being filled, we really love each other and have lots of compatibilities which was not the case in my previous marriage that was also abusive, what are the chances to be approved or denied?

This is my first post on the forum but i ve been visiting it for quite some time now to get information. It's a really helpful community and i'm really glad this forum exists so thank you all!

I need some advice on how to proceed to visit my wife in the US.

I've been visiting my now wife in the US for some time now, i have an ESTA visa (I'm from Europe, Portugal) and my visits have always been on my work vacations, never more than 15 days each, with a couple of months in between them (3 or 4 months).

We got married in March 2024, and i'm planning to go visit her in July, and i know that the customs officers know everything about the traveller, including if he has a pending CR1-spouse visa in process.

I've always been honest with my intentions of visiting my girlfriend (now wife) in the US, i had a return plane ticket, never overstayed, always told it was to visit my girlfriend at her house, i even had an official work document proving that i was to return to work in my country at the end of my vacations, and never had any problem with the customs in the airport.

But since this is my first visit since we got married, and since they can see that i'm waiting for a CR1 spouse visa, i'm worried they might think i want to stay permanently, which i don't, me and my wife are following the rules and want to do everything according to law and the visa process.

I'm planning to go bring with me as proof the following documents:

- Printed flight itinerary (with the return dates, and even the email of the purchase)

- Work document signed and stamped by the company i work at

- My work wage receits (with the latest payments from my company)

- A bank statement/document proving i have a bank account in my name in my country

I don't own a house, i live in a rented house and the rent is under my mother's name, any more advice on what kind of proof i might be able to show at the customs so that i don't have any kind of issue?

after receiving the pkt 3 from the embassy, I've been trying to schedule an interview and pay the fees.

The website always shows "no appointments available" and advises to come back at a later date.

For those of you who have already scheduled an interview in Naples: do you have any tips?

If my fianc e, currently on an F-1 visa, and I (a U.S. citizen) decide to get married outside the United States without immediate plans for her to apply for a green card, what steps should we take? Can we later change our minds and pursue the green card process, and if so, what would be the process for that change?
