US Immigration from Portugal

Our country does not process immigrant visa so we are currently scheduled for an interview in neighboring Paris. We plan on driving and are wondering what they will ask for as proof of quarantine. The site states the following:

The U.S. Embassy in Paris continues to follow procedures that prioritize the health and safety of our applicants and our employees. As a part of these efforts, any applicants who have traveled outside of France in the prior 10 days will not be admitted for their appointment and will be asked to reschedule for a future date. Additionally, and as a reminder, the U.S. Embassy in Paris only accepts applications from persons who are physically in France and Monaco. Applicants outside of France should make an appointment with the Embassy where they are currently located.

me and my wife separated but we had been married for 6 but separate i have my green card for 3 years can i apply for my us citizenship based on the 3 year rule thank you

i have my green card since march 2017 when will be the earliest for me to file for my us citizenship ?
