US Immigration from Peru

We sent in an AOS package (including I-130) for a parent of a USC who is here on a B-2 visa and had not originally planned to stay. If we don't receive an NOA before the expiration of their authorized 6-month stay, do we have a problem? I am worried that the I-94 indicates they need to leave by mid-September but we might not have any official recognition of our documents being submitted by then. Thanks for any help you can offer!

We filed for adjustment of status last December, biometrics in January and just waiting for news on the green card.

Yesterday my wife's brother in Peru fainted and was taken to the ICU. Turns out he has a brain tumor the size of an egg and will have surgery to remove it this upcoming Wednesday.

Would this be grounds for an emergency Advanced Parole to be with their family?

The closest field office to me is about 3 and half hours away, from what I'm reading you have to go there for an interview and to get the documents? Are you able to travel immediately after receiving?

My fiance is from Peru and doesn't have any vaccine records that he could bring to the medical. We live 14 hours from the capital (Lima) and are wondering if he should get some vaccines where we live before the medical to save some money. The problem is I don't know if these vaccines are going to be validated by the doctor at the medical or if he's going to have to get them all over again regardless. It also seems dangerous to administer 5+ vaccines in one day. Is there an official record he could get here or should we just wait until we are in Lima? I would love to know anyone's experience as it seems the doctor decides which ones you need anyway. I don't know which ones to get and I don't know if you can be vaccinated at a place other than one in Lima.

Hi forum. Hope everybody is in good health!!!!
My question is: My parents went to the their second interview today ((N400 through me)) I'm a us citizen also. Both of them failed the first interview)). My mother passed today, and now she is a US citizen (she even swore today) but my father failed again. I know that he has to wait 5 more years to apply again, but I want to know. Now that my mom is a us citizen, she can petition him right away? or she has to wait some time because my dad has failed his interview ? or that doesn't matter and she can petition him right away.
