US Immigration from Peru

I received an RFE from NVC for Police Certificates for Peru. We submitted only the Certificado de Antecedentes Policiales. What are the other 2 Certificates that we need?

On 3 Feb 2023, I received a DS-260 Review Note in the CEAC Site. I opened it and this was the message:

NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.

But as you can see below, the CEAC Site shows that I have already submitted all required documents. What does this mean? Are they asking me to re-submit all DS-260 documents. !Please Help

Do I have to attach a cover letter to the application?

How do I do it? What should I say?

My husbands medical form came back in a sealed envelope from the dr, the issue is that the copy of I-94 was not included in there so what should we do about this?

Is this statement TRUE !

Someone please tell me that the applicant has to put the information for her GROWN, MARRIED (With families of their own) information on the form!
