US Immigration from Pakistan

Pending case with USCIS now estimated time frame 34 months to be completed. Interview was in Islamabad, Pakistan in 2021 and went through multiple hardle finally came down to file waiver in February 2024. Now, waiting on USCIS to make decision on our case. It's for my wife in Pakistan and I am a U.S. Citizen residing in D/M/V area. Anyone going through similar case or know anything with updates based on this particular case. Please comment your thought or reach out to me. May be we can learn more about this process

Doing standalone I130 for consular processing and my petition was approved but I made a mistake on the form such that section 61 had a YS location for AOS but USCIS took into account the beneficiary's last address and are going to forward it to NVC which is what I want. Anyone else in a similar situation? Also, for my country I just put Pakistan and the NVC should auto-select Islamabad as the embassy correct? That is the only one in the country that does immigrant visas.

However, you indicated on the petition both that the beneficiary intends to apply for an immigrant visa through consular processing at a U.S. embassy or a U.S. consulate outside the United States and also that the beneficiary intends to apply for adjustment of status

in the United States. We are petitioning for my in-laws. They have a daughter that is 13 years old. Can she be added as a derivative on one of the parent's application or do we file her own application? I know sibling take a lot longer to process

My I-75 was denied back in sept 2024 for not having mental health evaluation. I filed motion to reopen/reconsider and recieved approval to that and my case has been reopened.

can anyone tell me what to expect now? Will applying for n-400 would be right move here provided my I-751 is abuse wavier and in my motion I requested to reopen and reconsider under divorce wavier as well.

I was in the US for my masters but took authorized early withdrawal due to a family emergency. My SEVIS was terminated and I am now outside of the US for more than 5 months. I am now re-admitted in the same school and same program under new I20 and new SEVIS ID.

Do I need to apply for a fresh visa or can I re-use my current valid visa (which has a different SEVIS number) to re-enter US? I am confused.
This is a grey area, conversations on Redditt and Quora suggest people using existing valid visa with different SEVIS ID but local embassy mentioned applying for a fresh visa again
