US Immigration from Pakistan

Hello Everyone,

I have a very complicated question and hope someone answer it. If I get engaged before my divorce is finalized and once my divorce is finalized, Can I file for K-1 visa rather than getting married and file for CR1?

I just want to know if it is legally okay to get engaged with someone while you are legally separated and divorce is in process.

Basically from Pakistan and my DQ Date 01 March 2023

Transfer my case to Doha, Qatar on 30 october 2023 and assign new case number from NVC
Till then i am waiting for interview letter but did not get it almost from 8 months.

Several times contact NVC through public enquiry form but they reply automated email that u r DQ qualified and we will arrange your appointment etc
12 days ago i got email from NVC that my immigration appointment has been cancelled but i am surprised i never get an email not apply for expedite request also.
What i have to do now???

Hello there, My brother who is US citizen, applied for me an I-130 immigration case on 16/may/2013, On 10/JUNE/2024 i got a new update on my case that my case is migrated to ELIS, I am still confused what is processing and what is going on and what are the processing times as i have tried looking on the bulletin but cant understand much there either, I would like if someones going to update me on my things. I received my U.S Passport in the mail yesterday.

When should I expect to receive CoN?

Will there be another tracking # or notification?
