Is there anyone in 2023 or 2024 who documentarily qualified at Guangzhou (China), when can I expect the interview letter? I heard it takes around 2 months, but not sure about recent year. Please do share your experience/knowledge.

I have a relative who applied for a B2 visit visa about a year ago. The interview is scheduled for December 2024.

Meanwhile she just got married to a US citizen this month.

Should we continue with the B2 visa or just cancel it and start the marriage visa process now?

I am a US citizen and my father applied for a B1/B2 visa from Karachi Pakistan. His visa was approved at the time of interview; however after 60 days he got his passport without visa with green 221g notice and it says no documents required at this time.

Is this normal? Can someone please advise?

My uncle (us citizen) had petitioned for my Mom and according to the rules I've read it says that the beneficiary can take along their spouse and unmarried kids. I've been married and divorced so am I still eligible? The legal documents that were changed were only my NIC card and not my passport. Also what should I do moving forward to be able to tag along my mom? Any advice

What is the process/does embassy allow you to bring your own translator for immigrant visa interview in Islamabad Pakistan.

The reason is the person is going for interview in Islamabad speaks native language only.
