US Immigration from Pakistan

In the online DS-260 form, there is a question regarding if the applicant has ever been refused a US visa, been refused admission to the US or withdrawn their application for admission at the port of entry. My query is that the beneficiary of i130 did apply for a US visitor visa in 2016 but the consulate did not issue the visa in the sense that they did take her interview but handed her a yellow page with her passport afterwards, the passport did not have any visa denied stamp or anything though. So does she have to choose the option 'yes'? This happened 4 years ago when she was not even married to the US citizen. If she selects the yes option would it impact her i130 case negatively?

hello there! so my first ir2 case is rejected and they are returning it to usics but i also applied another case same catoegory which is just waiting for interview my question is that will i be questioned about my previous case or will they reject on the basis of previous case

note : case which got rejected was spouse of us citizen parent

case2: biogical parent us citizen applying for children

So I m planning on moving to the DC/Maryland/Virginia area by Dec 2020. I would like to enroll for college level courses once I m there in Spring 2021.

I wanted to know if anyone here knows which of the two states and DC grants the easiest possible option for getting instate tuition the earliest.

So I do not know if I just shot myself in the foot or it's not really a big deal, but I realized I had not changed my address on my driver license after moving to my current apartment in December 2019. I thought I would get it in the next 5-7 business days. Went ahead and applied and got the email that says the permanent card could take 3 weeks and up to 60 days.

What now? Do I just send a copy of my current (unexpired) driver license with the temporary driver license? And a brief letter that states I am waiting on address change?
