I have I question my spouse called tier2 we found our case was sent to the album field office or Albany service centre and also tier 2 says we will contact back by 12 sep why they sent our case to the field office where we filled 11 months ago on 24 Oct 2019 and service centre was taxes

Hi all,

My wife is in the US with an expired conditional green card (expired April 2020). We filed our I-751 in early March 2020, and got our I-797C a few days later (The case status page says Case Receieved). We havent received any communication from USCIS regarding a biometrics appointment or for an interview.

My wife would like to travel abroad to visit family (Nov & Dec 2020), and I would join her for Dec 2020. We plan to be back in the US before 2021. My question is whether this sort of travel is possible without any issues?

I had interview n July 30th, 2020... after the interview, the interviewer told me that all documents from my side is ok and that there's a delay on paperwork from Embassy side.... additionally I had already uploaded all necessary documents on CEAC before the interview... I got 221g and they took my passport... does that mean they intend to issue me a passport or something else? Please share your experiance

I was going thorough the check list for cr-1 visa here, and saw that I should also file a I-30A for my spouse. Since I'm filing online, I don't see the option to file the I-30A anywhere (attached screenshot). Do I have to mail that out separately or is it incorporated in the I-30 form on the USCIS website? Thanks in advance!

I m just wondering if I could add more documents at NVC stage after getting DQ. I m waiting for my interview letter but i wanna add proof of relationship. Can i do this?
