Hi, just wanted to ask if the change in beneficiary's employment address would cause any issue with the USCIS/NVC? Also at what stage do we need to inform them of the change in address? The address entered in the i130a is different than the current one as the address changed not too long ago whereas the petition was filed more than a year ago.

Anyone got their Interview Letters in March 2020 before Embassy closed for COVID-19? What was the date of your scheduled interview on that letter? Kindly share.

So a few questions about filing for N400 for my mom. She is a LPR since 2008 and she spent 7 months from Sept 2014 till April 2015 in Pakistan. Then, she again left for Pakistan in August 2015 and returned in January 2016. (4 months) and since then living here...So her 5 year starts from April 2015... right?

Also, my dad has jointly filed for tax with my mom since "tax period: December 31, 2015"

So what years IRS transcript should he attach with the N400? Last 5 year from today is Sept 2015. Is it tax year of 2015 or 2014?

So the immigration status at last arrival was B-1 visitor but since then, my spouse has overstayed her visa (her 5-year tourist visa is still valid till 2021). Would the answer still be "B-1 visitor" or "no status"?

Hi Guys, i applied for my parents last year on December 19, 2019 and i just check processing time for Nebraska SC and it says they are working on December 29, 2019 cases, do i have to be worried?
