I am trying to access my case online and its asking for access code from the USCIS Account Access Notice. I never received this notice. My case was filed by my lawyer manually. Did you guys receive this? I requested this from USCIS again and they have not sent it. The attorney says since I made the online account I should be the one getting this. Any input on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Filed my Amended Tax Return (1040X) in mid-April. It's now 5 months later and it still hasn't processed. I didn't realize it was gonna take this long so I never made a copy of it. Now I don't remember what date I put on it when I signed and mailed it. I have a copy of unsigned/undated amended tax return.

Would this be a huge problem?

I am almost done with the AOS package and ready to send it in the mail tomorrow morning.

I have seen some folks on here and other forums/YouTube videos that attach extra letters to their packet explaining situations. Below are some questions. Please help/identify if you think a letter would be required:

- Sending my 2019 Amended Tax Return copy because it has not processed yet. (I-864)

- What about writing one coz we are not sending in the I-944?

- Do we really need to write a letter explaining our relationship? (I-130)

Additionally, do we need to write captions behind our printed photos from different places/occasions?

I have a question about my marriage. My wife got divorced and remarried me again within 10 days will it be fine at interview? We are just waiting for interview now. We have been married since one and half year and we already have one baby together.
