US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi All,

So i am filing N400 as i fullfill the residency requirement, the problem is in last five years i have change so many addresses because of work between different states. I have regularly updated the USCIS website, now for some reason my email deleted and all confirmation emails are also deleted. A fellow member mentioned about https://www.uscis.gov/records/request-records-through-the-freedom-of-information-act-or-privacy-act and i requested for the alien file yesterday but today i get to know it will take up to 20 days to reply from USCIS or more and i wanted to file before oct 2 before N400 fees increase.

My question is if i provided tentative dates on N400, last three years i know exact dates only for first two years a little tough. Is that OK? Please share your experience & advice

Hey, so as a former resident of Kuwait I was asked to submit the pcc from Kuwait by NVC, I uploaded a screen shot of the page from nvc website saying that the pcc is not available to former residents , which was accepted and I got DQ

so my question is will not having a pcc be an issue at my interview? Can it trigger an AP?

I got call and email from embassy for new medical but when i call for appointment at clinic they say ur e-medical is not updated/open yet, so we can t book your appointment like this , contact embassy yo update it, which i did but no response yet anybody else going through such thing or ever been through? Or any one know how to get this issue resolved?

I got new nadra card and passport before interview, my interview didn t go to well so case in admin processing now got request for 2nd medical, embassy know about change of passport as they kept it on interview even when they re-opened my DS-260 for some reason I updated my passport info there too but they don t have copy of my updated nadra card? Can it cause any problem? The old nadra card which they have show my name which is same even on new one but as my guardian it shows my father name. On the contrary on new nadra card it has my husband name instead of guardian, kept my same name as before marriage with same surname, change was only marital status change. Just somebody tell does nadra card has any role or they just look at passport ?

I am thinking to apply for N400 as i have full-fill 5 year residency requirement, as arrived in US on Dec 15, 2015. During this time I lived in multiple states and on different addresses. I have regularly update USCIS website about change of address and received confirmation email. For some reason my personal email get deleted all emails and all USCIS change of address emails are also deleted.I can guess the dates but i don't want to mismatch from USCIS record. Is there is a way i can get to know from USCIS about my addresses details.
