US Immigration from Pakistan

hello everyone,

i am a pakistani girl from dubai got a single entry visa b1/b2 for united states and i got entered on 29 july. my visa expired on 31 August but the entry stamp is valid till 28 of januaury. i want to stay here for good. i have some options in mind like should i apply for extension. i am getting a job opportunity here so i can ask them

to file my visa but its a normal shop nothing related to my qualification. assylum i have a doubt. i am single woman and i doesnt know anyone here. please help me with advise or refer to any lawyer if possible

So for one year i was unemployed and stays out of the country as we were expecting baby. Meanwhile i enrolled in a school when i was out of country. I made one short trip to USA in that year so technically i didn't stay more than six months out of the country. On the form what should i mention unemployed or school for that year. Please advice. thanks

So i am in the process of filing N400 . So i were self employed and on w2 at the same time. How to write these dates on form, which one write first

Self Employed for two years Sep 2017- Mar 2019

on W2 work for four months, Oct 2017- Feb 2018

these dates falls parallel. Please advice thanks.

Soooo my husbands interview was 4/9/2019, they kept his passport and told him everything looked good and they will email him, 24 hours after interview we got ds5535 questionnaire which we did and sent back. We ve been going back and fourth with inquires but nothing. Then randomly July 16 2020 we got an email to bring new medical and come for oath/fingerprints..we were so excited the only downfall was passport was expired so he wasn t able to get a medical done but I told him to just go there the embassy was empty when he went they told him oh we can t see you without medical but my husband told them NO this is ur fault my passport is with you guys and it expired in April you all don t reply so they went on with everything else and gave him a paper which stated he can get medical and sent it to them we ve submitted it all on 8/17/2020 we got an email from the embassy many weeks later stating they ve received all documents and here and STILL nothing!

-any idea if Islamabad embassy is issuing visas?

-anyone know if there s been any good outcomes lately?

-been in AP for 17 months!!!!!!!!!!!
