US Immigration from Pakistan

My Brother is already here on a J1 visa. Can I apply for him using the 'i130 for siblings' too? Or will it cause conflict?

Dear All, Let me share the back ground of the case;

My mom was applied for Adjustment of Status (I 485) as Widow of US Citizen (I 360), both petitions has been filed three years back as Self Petitioner.

Last week my mom appeared for Interview for Adjustment of Status, however, I 360 has already been approved!

During the interview, officer ask lot of questions and successful answered!

Officer also ask for following documents;

1 - Police Certificate, due to age my mom finger print is not capture as per standard, so that's why they use Police Certificate as alternate.

2 - Medical, since initial petition has been file three year ago, so medical were expire and new medical need to file.

3 - Affidavit of Support, why this required, my mom is self petitioner and based on I 360, Affidavit of Support is exempted.

My question is, how we can obtain Police certificate? and regarding Affidavit of Support, what should we do, as per Law Self Petitioner is not required to submit and petition I 360 exempt form Affidavit of Sup[port!

My DS-260 was reopened to refill information about last 5 years for eg - have i traveled in last 5 years, my social media account used in last 5 years and was asked for 2nd medical which i got done on monday 28th September and medical Center forwarded it to embassy on Thursday. Since them i m just waiting am I going to among those ppl who are asked for 3,4 medicals anyone here with same situation?

Hi I am from Pakistan, my case of immigration (spouse visa CR1 category) with NVC currently. We got documentarily approved by NVC on May 19th. Interview not yet scheduled. I read here on the other thread that travelling out of country during this time may put you up for administrative processing before or after interview.

Since the embassy is giving not any expectations on the progress and expected time when they will start calling for interviews, i and husband were planning to take a vacation which will be somewhere out of Pakistan.

Can you guys please guide if we should or we shouldnt? we would not want to take any sort of risk.
