US Immigration from Pakistan

Hello Dear friends,

Need your help.I am US permanent resident card holder from Pakistan.I applied I-130 for my wife last year and 6 months ago i received RFE and I did submit all required documents with one week.

after long wait I received letter yesterday that my application is denied and I can file appeal within 30 days if I want.

Reason and little background:I was married in Pakistan with 2 wives(which is legal in Pakistan BUT not in USA) my first wife passed away in 2014 and now I have only 1 wife and we are living together.I have mentioned everything in I-130 with detailed explanation letter with all documents including death certificate of my first wife.

I sent death certificate and other required documents they ask me to submit in the part of RFE with explanation letter but after 6 months I received denial letter.

I know polygamy is illegal in USA but currently I have only 1 wife is it still not acceptable to bring my wife USA?

If someone can help me with this situation what to do? Is it impossible to bring my wife or any one gone through same situation?

any quick response or urgent help will be appreciated since I have only 30 days to appeal against the denial.

so my husband had his second interview oath/fingerprints in July and was told to submit new medical along with a valid passport, which we did in august, today my husband received a call from the embassy asking to confirm that it was medical and passport that he mailed and if there s an additional phone number for him, the guy on the phone stated he s going to pass all my husband information to the officer for processing..on ceac our case went from refused to administrative processing and date updated. Any idea if this may FINALLLY be some good news after 17 months total of AP!!!!

Hi everyone. I had interview on November 4,2020 .CO kept my passport and told me my case needs additional processing and gave me 221(g) and domestic violence paper . She told me they will contact me if they need any additional document.is that positive sign that she kept my passport ?. I had to update few things in Ds-260. So CO unlocked DS-260 and told me to update there, I did the same day and emailed confirmation page to embessy.

I uploaded everything on CEAC before I went for interview e.g chat history for 3 years , boarding passes , tickets, tons of pictures with family and friends, affidavit from my wife s and my family and friends , western union receipts, gifts receipts, married jointly tax return 2020, ITIN ,joint electricity and gas bills , proof my wife s name change on her all documents. time spent together is 4 months.
*Age age more 15 years

We submitted and collected all proofs we could do. Still she gave me 221(g). Since 2 days Our case status shows refused . We are so worried and mentally exhausted . Are there chances of getting visa ? Any advice would be highly appreciated

So i got my visa but no visa packet bc of modeenized immigrant visa in which they send visa packet electronically to the airport but i m concerned about green card fees is it paid under this system along with your initial imigrant visa fee or what? As I don t have now A- number and Dos case id which is stated on visa packet and is required for payment form of green card.
