Hello everyone. How are you all? I have filed for my AOS package with I 765 on 11/01/2020 and my spouse is a born national/US Citizen. I am currently working on my F1 OPT and my F1 OPT is expiring on 11/12/2020. So, I want to ask if I can still work on my OPT until my new EAD card is issued or I can't work at all? Even attorney got mixed and different answers to my query. So I really need help regarding this question. Thank you.

I was wondering if some one can put some light if its a good time to apply for US citizenship or should I wait few more months to apply when hope fully Biden takes over the office. I am currently eligible for early applying for a five year citizenship.

Several months after applying the the USCIS has decided to use my old biometrics for the background check. Does anyone know how long does it take for the background check to be completed on a typical basis for the N400 application? Thanks!

Canadian citizen trying to apply for US Visa for myself... my lawyer said i94 is required... when I filled out , it doesn't show travel history... whereas my lawyer said there has to be travel history while I go through the form.?

I filed an i129f about 3 weeks ago and was wondering how long it takes them to confirm the petition/send me a notice. I already know that it's obsolete and it might take a while to receive anything because of covid but i would still like to know if anyone has got anything.
