I have a few questions. I just read this and I am now confused.

1) I made my cousin my joint-sponsor for my husband but the site says cousins cannot sponsor it. Will it affect my husband s case?

Also, since my cousin is my joint sponsor since my income level isn t a lot; how will the NVC accept an expedite based on financial hardship when they already needed an AOS, to prove that my joint-sponsor is willing to accept legal responsibility for supporting the family member with me...?

2) Then why financial hardship a reason to accept the expedite? Like yes I m struggling financially and I have other medical reasons to expedite the case too; but that s why I needed a joint-sponsor to file (AOS) In first place because I do not earn a lot... so how will they accept the expedite based on the "Financial hardship" reason then?

3) Can I still expedite it after being DQ d?

can anyone explain this in details? Like this is really confusing...

Since I am nearing the end of my degree, I just learned from my university that I can invite guests to my commencement ceremony (to anyone out side of the country ) next year with an embassy letter from the university. I am thinking of doing that to invite my husband and/or my in-laws to attend the ceremony if his and their visa is approved for visiting and after some time they can go back. I am not sure entirely about this since we may have ONLINE COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY in 2021 due to COVID-19 however, if I plan to do this, will this bring in any other issue/hurdle with the spouse visa case (CR1-IR1) for my husband that he has already visited USA or something like that...? any ideas/suggestions/tips/advice on this?

My wife has been in the country for more than 3 years on a conditional green card. She has been waiting for an interview since May 2019. Her physical green card expired in 2019 and even her 18 month extension letter expired this year.

We had to go to an office last month to get a stamp in her passport to extend her conditional green card another year.

So my question is while we are in this endless wait for an interview can we go ahead and file for N400 since she has been here more than 3 years?

So, My father got DQ today but mother's marriage certificate got denied, even though it was the same document I submitted for both of them what are my options?
