we filed i130 at Oct 24/2019 few days ago we submit online inquiry through Emma live representative they gave us 30 business days for respond what should we expect?

i had my medical done recently from aga khan karachi, however they didnt inform whether the medical is approved or not

upon calling they told me that they had send the reports to embassy; my question:

is my medical cleared or will consular on the day of interview will tell me its clear or not ?

My spouse travelled abroad for 52 days in September/October 2020

Filed citizenship 11/29 based on 3 year marriage.

Based on the rule, "resided for at least three months immediately preceding the filing of Form N-400" .. are we ok ?

does resided means physically present ? or just not be outside USA for more than 6 months

We were dqed in april 2020; now interview is going to be in dec. Have heard recently from a source that we qualify to bring i864 aos to the interview; but my spouse uploaded i864ez at NVC stage and got successfully dqed !

now i am confused can CO reject i864EZ ?

My spouse fulfil all three requirements mentioned on EZ form !! I need to understand why i864 is needed ? And not EZ !!

what should we do?
