US Immigration from Pakistan

I have been handed an approval Visa congratulations letter along with right etc handbook by consular at the time of interview, they kept my passport and told me will get it in a few days.

but my status shows AP since the interview, kindly advice whats that suppose to mean? Should i enquire? How long will it take to get it issued ?

I had a question for you guys! My now wife is adjusting her status from a K1 visa, I have already received NOA1s for all three applications (I-485, 765, 131). I was trying to get health insurance for her from the marketplace or healthcare.gov, I just wanted to know if I do get health insurance for her from the marketplace or healthcare.gov, would that count as a public charge? would that cause any issues in the future in regards to her green card or EAD? I can get health insurance from my company, but because so much was going to get deducted per pay period, I wanted to know if healthcare.gov was an option.. I have done research on this topic, but I have received different answers, so I'm a little confused right now..

My lawyer uploaded an affidavit of support on ceac on 8 January 2020..

My parent took the info and went to the lawyer i wasnt there as i wasnt feeling so well. so i didnt know.

I want to know if the lawyer used 2018 tax return information on the affidavit or the 2019 tax return information. How do i find out ?

On Part 6, 24A in affidavit of support it does say Most Recent. Tax Year: 2018. Income : $29,781.00 .. and on top part 6. #20. It says current annual income $36,000.00.. does that mean he used 2019??

hello. my visa is issued finally after 1 week of getting into AP. i want to ask, the port of entry i mentioned in my ds 260 was indiana but i want to go to NY first for 2 days to see my family members and then i plan to get domestic flight to indiana. my qs is,will it be any problem related to my SS card if i go to NY first and then go to indiana? my postal Address for SS card delivery is of indiana. please guid me in right me what is the right way.i don't want to face any trouble at airport regarding my SS card issue. thanks

Hey, I need help please

I corrected my name in my current passport to match my birth certificate, but I forgot to mention my wrong name in the other name section in Ds-260, will that be an issue during interview? .

If this will be an issue, how can I correct the DS-260 now, as I m already DQ and waiting for my interview?

Please give your valuable input on how to resolve this issue
