All over the DS 260 the lawyer made a slight mistake in my name

For example: Arishan

He wrote ; Arsihan

Will that be a problem on the interview? Can this be one of the reason of AP?

We've been trying to get a B2 visa. We had an interview originally scheduled for March 2020 which was cancelled due to Covid. Then we scheduled for Oct 2020 which was cancelled for no reason. Then we again scheduled for Jan 2021 which has now also been cancelled without any reason.

When we try to schedule a new interview it now says:

"There are currently no appointments available."

Does anyone know what is happening?

We received an RFE and we want to respond online but we cannot get our documents to upload. We have been trying for 3 days now. For some reason it just says sending but the files never upload. What should we do about this matter?

If case returned to uscis so its better to wait for there responce or file a new petition??

I filed my N-400 on 29Oct2020 Online. Today, on 17Dec2020 I got a notice from USCIS that they are able to reuse my biometrics and fingerprints from my I-751 App. My field office is Kansas City, MO. I saw some of the Sept 2020 filers are already being interviewed or are being scheduled for interviews. Please share your filing dates and case updates here.
