US Immigration from Pakistan

So i got an email overnight that says 'we have taken an action on your case' and that i should log into my account to view it. But when i log into my account on my.uscis.gov, there is no status update. I called USCIS and they didnt see any updates on my account (tier1). Is it possible they have started reviewing my petition? Has anyone seen this status for an i130 citizen filing for spouse?

PS. I searched up the same text on google and here but was not able to get a clear idea as they are all related to adjustment of status/issuance of green card.

All over the DS 260 the lawyer made a slight mistake in my name

For example: Arishan

He wrote ; Arsihan

Will that be a problem on the interview? Can this be one of the reason of AP?

We've been trying to get a B2 visa. We had an interview originally scheduled for March 2020 which was cancelled due to Covid. Then we scheduled for Oct 2020 which was cancelled for no reason. Then we again scheduled for Jan 2021 which has now also been cancelled without any reason.

When we try to schedule a new interview it now says:

"There are currently no appointments available."

Does anyone know what is happening?

We received an RFE and we want to respond online but we cannot get our documents to upload. We have been trying for 3 days now. For some reason it just says sending but the files never upload. What should we do about this matter?

If case returned to uscis so its better to wait for there responce or file a new petition??
