people who filed after my case they even have thier visas and am still waiting for approval it's been 15 month my wife is an us citizen we called them 100 time always they said bala bala bala and congressman is an piece of who don't wanna help what should we do now

Hello, i am extremely grateful for the help of this community.

i have entered states and the receipt number on USCiS tracker shows that my greencard is being produced. My question is:

will they send the social security with it? Or do i need to apply for that somewhere ?

can i apply for drivers license in florida state before greencard is received?

Are there any other important form or application which we should submit now?

I had CR1 visa interview on November 4,2020. I was issued 221(g). I just had to update my wife address and cell phone number on DS-260. So CO told me to do so. Status on CEAC was showing . On CEAC case updated on 16 November and status was still . On 28 December there was another update and status changed to . On 29 December it's showing again.

Refused > ready > refused

Any opinion on my case ?? What should I do . Is this not normal ? Anyone else has same situation. Your answer is highly appreciated.

My cousin who is the PETITONER is documentarily qualified from nvc. recently she had a baby ..

Does she need to update DS-260. And Affidavit? Because when she first filed that time she didnt have . She had a baby few weeks ago.. does she have to update ds-260 ? And affidavit?

Assalam O Aliakum to all my brothers and sisters, i had interview in 9th july 2019 and CO was give me 221g and said end your interview on 221g mentioned your case under adminstrative processing right now almost 18 months in AP. Consular didn't ask me medical renew and on ceac status still refused since interviewed. But down there every month change Date last case updated. Its really so stressful.
