We have just paid the Affidavit of Support Fee and IV Fee and it has been marked as PAID.

We have yet to submit Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence + IV

Applications.

I wanted to ask:-

• How long is the process for submitting Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence + IV Application?
• How long does it take for an interview to be scheduled and how far is it typically scheduled?
• How long does it take to hear if the Interview was successful?
• How long do I have to go the USA?

Hello Friends, We applied for the renewal of U.S. visas for our children while still in our home country. However, their applications were placed under administrative processing, although visas were issued for both me and my wife.

Since then, we have moved to Canada, and now I've received an email stating that the administrative processing has been completed, and we can submit the passports for visa issuance.

My question is, is it possible to submit our passports to the U.S. embassy in Canada for visa processing, or do we need to return to our home country to complete this procedure?

I am US citizen and applied my father visit visa. He got the interview in Nov 2024. I was just wondering what he has to take with him for the interview? I fill up the application online. Fees is also paid. And also what type of questions they might ask?

If a Green card holder want to leave the US (in order to live with spouse and kid overseas (both US citizens)), does he/she needs to fill any forms on USCIS website or else where to notify them about his travel overseas for less than 6 months?

Also, is there any alternative to fulfill requirements of entering the US after every six months? That is actually a little hard to do for 3 years until naturalization and expensive too.

I know about the re-entry permit, but that will delay my naturalization process.
