Hi everyone, how are you guys doing? I have a quick question. I filed I-130 for my wife who lives in Pakistan. I submitted all documents but recently on July 05/2020 I received a email from NVC that my case is approved. I just want to know how much do they need to send the case Islamabad, Embassy?. By the way Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan. Thank you in advance for help.

My parents are filling for my brother I130, right now he is working, and live in UAE on work visa. But his nationality and actual residence is in karachi Pakistani

I am curious as in i130 application what I should answer for question for US embassy he will go to.

Hello and salam,

finally my wife s case is approved and she came here 2 days ago. My PD was feb 10th 2019 and she got her first interview In October 2019 we were waiting since then. Last year in September 2020 I decided to file mandamus and as expected she got call from Islamabad embassy for the second time in December 15th. She got her passport back in a week with CR-1 visa.

All my brothers and sister who got stuck more then 8 months after the first interview, go ahead and file mandamus. I know if pricey but it s worth it. other wise they will keep you waiting for years.

My case is in AP it s been 2 months co kept my passport at the time of interview and told me the case needs further administrative processing we will call you or email if we need any additional documents my interview was on 20-OCT right after 62 days I emailed embassy to check my case Status they replied this please tell me if it s a good sign.
