US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi did Uscis started working on cases of parents of US citizens

I am a US born citizen. Have been living in pakistan since last 30 years. Have not travelled back to USA since then. I want to apply for my children's immigration. I want to return back to USA.

My visa category is IR1 and I submitted my documents at NVC at 12, DEC 2020 and then at 14, Dec 2020 my documents are Documentarily Qualified. But after the DQ, NVC Texts me at my portal that my both of my sponsors could not meet the requirement. Consular will make the decision about it during interview. To avoid any delay you may submit additional co-sponsor. My wife did not earn well that is why, I used another sponsor. Due to some documents issues, It is rejected. NOW I HAVE new Co-Sponsor which is totally eligible to sponsor me and I want to know. Do I wait for my interview and submit the new so-sponsor documents at my interview or I need to add new joint sponsor at NVC at my portal? Please, I need help in this. and if you guys recommend me to update new documents before interview then please let me know how and where to upload the documents. I shall be thankful to you guys. Please Respond on my problem.

This was extended by TRUMP till march 31st

So my step mother petition us and case is refused under 221g in mean time my biological father has become us citizen can he apply new petition of ir2
