Can someone explain what is lockbox and how it's functioning, please? we have sent the I-129f petition to the USCIS on 22 January 2021. I contacted with the USCIS personnel today and she replied that there is no record available related to our petition so it might be at the lockbox. So I wanna know what is the lockbox and why our petition has been shifted to the lockbox instead to the USCIS operational office ?

NVC Working with the U.S. Embassy ISLAMABAD to schedule an interview: Anyone has an idea what is the current status for NVC to schedule an interview. I have not seen any new updates on VISAJourney page from Pakistan. My first NOA1 was on 05/26/2020, Approval received on 01/14/2021. NVC received on 1/17/2021, now DQ ( documentary APPROVED on 02/09/2021) ....just want to know how many of us are on same boat with this current situation. What would be the expected interview date?

Filed for sister and family in 2003 she her husband were able to come here but due to not having an Affadavit of support for her children they werent able to Immigrant with them now embassy is closed and i hadn t paid fees yet for 3 of her children i paid for eldest at time because of money issues but 3 others i wasnt able to now how can them for them 3 when case is in Islamabad already but embassy isnt offering appointments?

She had 4 kids one was included through cspa rule born in 1993

but other daughter born in 1998 no response yet about whether she would be included or not

super excited as we just received a letter request for petitioner to appear for Initial Interview

I-751 Filed: December 2019

N-400 Filed: November 2020

I was not expecting this to come so early as we are in one of the most busiest location which is Chatsworth, CA USCIS center

I have few questions if someone can help:

will it be a combo interview ?

The letter does not mention at all if its a combo interview or not. It just says your spouse MUST come with you

can someone link us to a guide to prepare for this interview ?
