US Immigration from Pakistan

Filling out the I-944 before our 87 days are up to send it back. This form is so confusing.

• What do you write under "Type of Asset (cash value)?" It seems I would write 'bank account' or 'stocks' but why does it have cash value written in parenthesis..
• If my (US citizen) stock portfolio is less than $5k, do I still need to list it as an asset on the I-944? Also, stocks keep fluctuating daily, so how do you list the right amount?

Additionally, is it a negative factor if my applicant spouse has no assets to her name? No car, house, stocks, income, savings, etc. She is still only 26 and graduated from med school less than 2 years ago. It makes our I-944 a little bit easier to fill out, but it makes me a bit anxious.

Has anyone taken remedical recently for Pakistan US embassy?

how long it before results goto embassy? And when was visa issued?

i have question do i need anything from slective service for my citizenship .When i entered to the united states i was 29 years old . here are the list of things i need to take to my interview.

You MUST BRING the following with you to the interview:

This letter.

Your Alien Registration Card ("green card").

Any evidence of Selective Service Registration.

Your passport and/or any other documents you used in connection with any entries into the United States.

"Submit a copy of the birth certificate or other primary birth record issued by the appropriate civil authority for the applicant. USCIS will only accept a long-form birth certificate which lists at least one parent"

We had already submitted copies of the official birth certificate (which does not need to be translated because it is already in both languages with official stamp on it). Is it possible they lost it when they opened our packet (containing I-130, I-485, I-131, and I-765)?

I have been from 2 years in AP Islamabad Embassy on IR1 case. Today I have received call from embassy for come to second interview in next week. I made Mandamus in January 2021 which going on. I read they first asked for medical send then for interview. But in my case they called for interview only now. I don't know what meaning this and have anyone like this experience.
