My fianc and I are in the process of getting things ready for our interview however I was hoping for some guidance. When filling out the information on usdoctravels, I am unsure what date to put for the priority date.

Does anyone know where I can find this date?

we r currently processing i-864 and ds 260 for siblings who have kids under 18. When we paid AOS fee and visa fee for principal applicant online, it shows all derivative members under him too.

1) Do we have to pay fee for all of the derivatives applicants? It includes 1 spouse and 3 kids under 18.

2) do we have to fill seperate ds260 for all kids under 18 and spouse?

it also includes a derivative who is 4 months only, what about him? Separate ds260?

So question: Does one have to wait for the physical Green card to arrive or can one start working legally right away upon arrival?

I recently got an IL today in Kuala Lumpur Embassy for EB1 immigrant visa. Want to seek advice from anyone who have gone through interview:

Is is possible to have separate interviews for principle applicant and additional/derivative applicant? Although the principle applicant can attend the interview, the derivative applicant has a quite important schedule and is not possible to come to interview at that period of time.

My question are:

How's the process of contacting the consulate to schedule a separate interview for the derivative applicant?

Need to send request to local embassy to ask for their arrangement for derivative applicant?

How close in terms of the date normally will they arrange?

And what's the timing for us to contact to arrange a separate interview for derivative applicant(like after the principle applicant's interview or before the principle applicant's interview is OK)?
