US Immigration from Pakistan

One of my friend got immigrant visa this week and he want to fly this week to us. But he want to pay Green Card fee after reach in us on this any issue?

Our F4 case is DQ 30-Nov-2019 and interview ready with priority date of 11-Sep-2006. Do anyone has any idea about how long it may take to get an interview call.

I am a US citizen living in Pakistan with my husband and son. I am also a disabled US military veteran. We have filed our cr1 back in September, 2019 but are stuck in pending security checks. In the past month, I have been really sick and am having a lot of unforseen issues in regards to my disability. I have to have surgery and choose to do so at the VA hospital in the states. It's very difficult for me to travel alone as ill as I am with my son. What are the chances my husband would get approved for an emergency travel visa to assist me? We plan to come back to Pakistan after two months. Thank you.

I have N-400 interview next month & on USCIS letter its mentioned to bring spouse's Citizenship Certificate (which she lost somewhere after becoming citizen 10 years ago but has her valid passport instead) Though we have a photocopy of her Citizenship Certificate but don't have the original one and duplicate costs literally an arm and a leg.
My question is; is it mandatory to have her certificate or just her US passport is fine? Please share your personal experience and knowledge for better guidance. TIA

I had my cr1 visa interview 23 March 2021 at DublinEmbassyIreland.

CO gave me 221g and asked to find joint sponsor.

We submitted all the required documents of joint sponsor on 14 April 2021.

Our case updated 3 times.

15 April Refused

16 April Ready

20 April Refused

Fingers crossed.

Any comments??

Anyone had the same situation please advice??
