I have a few questions. My husband interview is coming up next month. I m in Pakistan with my husband and our baby. I been here since the last three months. I left my job in September. My sister will be my joint sponsor and her husband will complete i864A.
1. They have not filed taxes together yet, husband just moved to US and got a job?

2. I had good income in the last few years but currently not working will that affect our chances of him getting a visa?

2. Is 41000 good income for a joint sponsor, her husband and my husband?

If the joint sponsor s husband never filed taxes what documents should he provide with i864A?
again her husband just moved to the US last month and got a part time job and is willing to combine income with wife to sponsor my husband.

We filed the i-130 last April and had another baby last September. Now that we have the CRBA we aren't sure how to include that we now have two children together not just one. My husband thinks we can just upload the additional documents, but the petition wouldn't have her name or birth date on it.

Possibility to transfer interview for spousal visa - Pakistan?

Hi all,

I'm new to visa journey and I'm glad to see all the resources here. As for my question, I filed for my i130 for my wife Jan 2023 and it was approved last week (in process to be sent to NVC). My wife is currently in Pakistan and it looks like the Islamabad embassy is quite backlogged for interviews (12+ month). Could we transfer the interview location to Riyadh as she lived about 10 years in Saudi Arabia?

I had a couple of questions regarding a couple of sections on the I-130 and was wondering if anyone can share their experiences\responses with me.

I am not sure what to attach for the "Native Language" section under "Other Information"

I am not sure what to attach for the "Official Statement" section under "Evidence" section"

Quick breakdown of my situation....I am the US citizen applying for my wife who is in PAkistan.
