Hello everyone. How are you all? I hope you are all fine. My wife was stated under her mother's taxes and she started her first job this year. So, my question is that what should I mention in the the fields in the form that ask for the tax years and how much she made? Or should I write zero or N/A in the fields and show her mother taxes stating she was under her taxes in her I 864? My brother in law completed I864a and what should be the supporting documents?

Okay....I don't want to be morally judged here, just requesting some honest advice. My name is Jess and I am 37 years old and I am married to a Pakistani man named Amir who is 34. We got married in January of 2020. Previously, we filed a K1 but were denied. I believe it was due to the "red flags" associated with our case..which are all my fault. I have been married three times before this marriage and engaged once. (Please, please no rude remarks in regards to that.) I will explain more. Fresh out of high school, I married my highschool sweetheart at age 18. We were both in the US Army. He cheated on me and that marriage ended after only six months. At 20, I married a man from China while I was there teaching. That marriage ended in divorce also because he was married already. I did not know. I filed a CR1 visa for him that was approved by USCIS but I withdrew the petition. After this teaching gig, I lived abroad in Kazakhstan and was briefly engaged to a Russian man. I filed for his K1 but we broke up before the interview. I married a man from Lebanon when I was 25 and we lived together in Chicago for seven years and had one child, a daughter, together. We amicably separated. About three years ago, I met my husband who is from Pakistan. He was visiting a local museum with his family and I was working there. We became friends and eventually began a relationship. We first filed a K1 but were denied at the visa interview. We have since married in his country of Pakistan. Considering my past, what real chance do we have that our petition will ever be approved by such a strict embassy? I know my story is super messy. I made a lot of mistakes when I was young and I will be the first to admit that. Otherwise, we meet the financial requirements, ect.. I have been to Pakistan 6 times and we have vacationed together in the Maldives and Dubai.

Hello everyone, I applied for CR1 for my wife who has since been through NVC and gotten DQ'd some months back. We are now awaiting the embassy to open for our interview. In the meantime, we have now (just by tomorrow, in fact) will have our 2 year anniversary. Does this mean our application transitions from CR1 to an IR1? Do we have to do anything for this? Should I contact NVC, etc? What is the process for the transition? Thank you!

Hi All, I m a male US citizen married to a Pakistani national on January 14, 2020. We were blessed with a baby boy on Oct 10, 2020. So, We decided to report the birth of our child at US consulate office in Islamabad on Oct 20, 2020. I had a previous marriage for which I got the divorce notice on Dec 3, 2019 but as per Pakistani law they gave 90 days reconciliation period so, the effective date for my divorce written on the Divorce certificate is March 02, 2020. I married to my second wife after I got the divorce notice date which was Dec 03, 2019. But at the time of CBRA, consulate officer told me that your effective divorce date is after your marriage registration date with second wife so you have to report child as out of wedlock. I m worried now will that effect on the immigration process for my second wife, although I didn t took any immigration benefit for my first wife. what should I do now, Please help me on this. I don t want to get myself and my family in a difficult situation. Please guide...
