My cousin who is the PETITONER is documentarily qualified from nvc. recently she had a baby ..

Does she need to update DS-260. And Affidavit? Because when she first filed that time she didnt have . She had a baby few weeks ago.. does she have to update ds-260 ? And affidavit?

One or both ?

hi there, i submitted my application I-130 and i-130A form can i submit k3/k4 visa form now? can you please tell me the poverty guideline? my current income is $34k and living in the california household of 4 persons.
