US Immigration from Nepal

I am finding it impossible to upload AOS and related financial documents. I am not sure if it is because I submitted IV application and Civil documents first, or because I tried to add a joint sponsor. I have already submitted civil documents, but cannot proceed with AOS.

When I click on "NOT SUBMITTED" link under affidavit of support, it takes me to Civil documents Tab, and the AOS and Financial documents tab is not clickable.

Has anyone faced this issue before, and tell me how they resolved it?

So we recently received a RFE for I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record. We did not realize we needed to submit this form along with rest of the AOS packet. We had submitted a copy of the DS-3025 provided by an authorized panel physician abroad (before the K-1 interview), which lists that most of the required vaccines were provided during the medical abroad. This medical requirement was completed in December 2021, so most of the vaccinations were provided then. We would like to know the following if anyone has been through something similar and had to submit the I-693 RFE:

• Should we retake the age-appropriate, required vaccinations in the I-693 if most of them have been completed during the December 2021 medical?
• My partner also received a sealed Chest X-Ray DICOM files. Should we take this to the Civil Surgeon? Or does it not matter?
• Are non-US-based COVID-19 vaccine series valid?

Seems that the vaccinations can determine costs associated with I-693. Any insight and help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi I am trying to fill the i1864 but stuck in date and signature part. I have seen some posts saying they got RFE for having the signature with wet ink and date printed.

Do we have to write with pen both signature and date? Or we have to sign with pen and date can be typed. I don t know if I am confused or over worried.
Any advice are appreciated.

Hello everyone, if someone can answer my questions it will be really helpful. I paid the fees for both AOS and IV but forgot to choose an agent and now I am not able to open the tab to choose agent. Any suggestions?? Also as a petitioner am I allowed to file DS 260 for my mother since she will not be able to do it herself . Please help.
