Confused about I -130 part 5

HI Visa Journey friends if someone can help me with the part 5 question for I-130 that would be really really helpful. I am trying to file my mom i-130 but have filed i-130 for my spouse before too. The question is asking about the city and state where I filed the petition. I am so confused. I live in New York and I sent the petition to Chicago Uscis post box. So will be the answer I will be putting there, New York or Chicago? Also the filing date is the date I send the form or the date they received it. And do we have to send the photos of mine and my mom too?

Hi guys. I am a us citizen and i wanna apply for my brother, his wife and his 2 children( may be they will cross 21 until they will have interview). So how can i apply for them? I mean to say should i fill up i130 form separately for each of them and pay separately for each of them? Or is there any option on i130 form that i can fill all their forms on 1 single form. Please help me guys.

Submitted Online, cannot open PDF evidence - should I be worried?

I submitted my I-130 and I-130A by filling it online and attaching the PDF in evidence section. Before I submitted it, I opened the file and everything looked fine. However, today on a new computer with Adobe Acrobat DC (full version of adobe reader) I looked through my submitted I130A and it is showing blank because of some security encryption stuff I guess the form comes with. It still opens normally on a website pdf reader/adobe reader on old computer and shows that I filled in everything appropriately. If USCIS uses Adobe Acrobat to open PDF, I am probably screwed... Should I be worried?

Should I just print out the I-130A and add it to the unsolicited evidence just in case?

B2 Extension Approval After 9 months

Posting this for information purpose.

My MIL's B2 extension request approval:

Initial I94 expiry- Jun 2021

i539 filing- May 2021

Extension Request - till Sep 2021

Biometrics - Aug 2021

US Departure- Sep 2021

i539 approval- Jan 2022. The new i94 has validity from previous i94 expiry to Departure date.

It is good to know uscis approves such extension requests even though they are processing it months after the maximum allowable request of 6 months.
