US Immigration from Nepal

I filled I130 for my sister in 2012. it been already approved from USCIS and now waiting for the visa to become available.

if the parents file for her is it going to be quicker as they are US Citizen too. she is a Widow does USCIS consider widow as single while processing the application.

which route will be best to take.

I had my interview on 14th Jan and was given 221g. On 25th I received an email to submit additional document for processing. I submitted the documents on 28th Feb. Its almost 6 weeks now and I haven t received any updates on my case. I was on vacation for 3 weeks and I am stuck here for almost 3 months now.

Can I apply for B2 visa and go to USA to settle my things (apartment, car , etc) and come back? What are the chances of visa approval with this admin processing going on?
I am paying rent even though I am not staying and no salary. It s very tuff situation. Are the consulate really overwhelmed or just creating nuisance for IT folks from Indian subcontinent??

Any suggestions is highly appreciated.

Me and my wife are Nepalese citizen and holds Nepalese passport. We were in USA for 4 years and had a child, who is an American citizen and holds American Passport. We came to Nepal recently and had to get 90 days tourist visa for our child at TIA. We are planning to stay longer in Nepal due to some family Emmergency. Is there any process to get long term multiple entry Nepal visa for my child?

If you are familiar with any such process, please do share the details. Your help is much appreciated.

HI Visa Journey friends if someone can help me with the part 5 question for I-130 that would be really really helpful. I am trying to file my mom i-130 but have filed i-130 for my spouse before too. The question is asking about the city and state where I filed the petition. I am so confused. I live in New York and I sent the petition to Chicago Uscis post box. So will be the answer I will be putting there, New York or Chicago? Also the filing date is the date I send the form or the date they received it. And do we have to send the photos of mine and my mom too?
