US Immigration from Morocco

I need help understanding the process of changing consulate locations for my fianc 's interview. I have only heard that they received the petition and it will likely be a few more months before it is accepted or denied. I filed an i-29f for a k1 visa in July 2021. My fianc lives in Turkey as a student, and originally is from Morocco.

I have been reading reviews and it seems like the Moroccan embassy denies a lot more than the Turkish one and has a lot more problems. Also, it would be more convenient since she is living in Turkey currently.

Do we have to include the petitioner's divorce certificate from a previous marriage, or is it all about the applicant at this stage?

Note that we uploaded petitioner's divorce certificate in the ceac portal prior to DQ?

Do we have to submit everything we uploaded in the portal during the interview?

Good day , I am a USC and Congress sent a expedite request to USCIS for our 129f or k3 Visa while our 130 is processing. USCIS officer is calling us on Monday or Tuesday. Does anyone know or have this experience to what questions they may ask or what OTHER evidence they may require, as I had to show evidence to Congress to get them to send this request. Also what could be a possible outcome, could they approve the k3 ? Or just speed up the 130 Thank you in advance

Hi everyone!

In hopes that my husband will be scheduled for his interview soon with the US Consulate in Casablanca, Morocco, I am asking about his port of entry. The flights I have looked at have him coming from Casablanca to JFK then to Raleigh, or Charlotte NC. My question is, who does he give his papers to? Does he have to do it in NY because that's where he will initially land, or does he provide that to the US Security in Raleigh or Charlotte -- where I will be picking him up at? Please advise.

Hello VJ family,

We are currently at the NVC stage and NVC accepted all our documents but sent a message saying we are missing a court document from Morocco.

My husband is an expat here in Dubai and his residency expired so we figured its best for us to move back to Morocco to obtain the document. I was wondering what I have to do to transfer my case, and since we are not DQ yet, will there be a delay in case review? Will they send the packet to Moroccan Embassy when we are DQ'd or it will be before we are DQ'd? Please advise on what will be best. Thank you so much in advance.
