US Immigration from Morocco

i have a joint sponsor our Households seize is 3 , and our sposnor making 32000 $ .

his income in 2021 and 2020 it was 32 000 $ so we good

But :

he told that in 2019 he was claimed her Mom (she died now) in tax and his Neice so his income in that year was 25 000$

So i'm Confused about , i Adviced to sumbit his tax for the last recent Year Only ; please More advice about or i need to look for another Joint sponsor /.?

A friend is filling out form I-864, because she is the petitioner for her husband.

They both live abroad (Sweden) and have two kids. She does not work, and I will be their co-sponsor.

1- Part 5: Sponsor's household size: does she need to list the two kids as dependents, knowing that she does not work.

2- because she lived abroad for the last 10 years, she did not file taxes as she does not have any income, would a letter explain that be enough to avoid an RFE?

Hello, our initial petition was recently approved after over a year.

My fiance is a Moroccan citizen who studies and lives in Turkey. She has been there for a year.

We still have to hear from the National Visa Center. Our interview is not scheduled yet. Our main concerns would be being denied or waiting longer.

Our relationship is strong, we only had visited once at the time of our application but have since went on 4 trips total together to different countries (about 3 months in person). We are the same age.

The potential things they may judge on is her living in Turkey to study while being a Moroccan citizen. Maybe they would look at the cultural or traditional religious differences of America and a Muslim country. She will likely have her interview in Turkey which I heard can be hard sometimes if the person decides to be.

Also, we are wondering how much time it will take since the petition was approved on Sept 30. We have waited over 460 days now.

Any advice would be appreciated, I researched a ton on this but it's always good to learn more.

Important information.. Moroccan citizen has a degree and work history that makes him eligible to apply for the DV.. his wife does not.. since he is able to apply, would she be able to apply with a separate application.. to double their chances? Or is that a no since she does not have the actual degree or work experience.. please help!!!

My friend's mother came NY to visit while on Tourist visa. Her daughter applied for 130 permanent residence. She is in the US for like 16 months now while the application is pending. She need to see a surgery done, please what type of options she has for insurance coverage? also, can she leave the US, and come back when the application is approved? Thanks
