I'm applying for a K-1 visa to the US, and my fiance's lawyer is asking for letter of intent to marry signed and notarized.

Does anyone know where I can get this document notarized at?

I'm having my interview next week but the medical examination till the end of month. I saw lot of threads with the same case but I just wanted to know if anyone know how long will it usually take the consulate to return your passport after the 221AP. I saw a lot of people saying that it could take up to 9months... I'm confused since this isn't my fault, all three doctors are fully booked and couldn't get any appt earlier.. Please advise. Thank you

Hello, my husband and I applied for CR1 visa in February 24, 2022, we are currently still waiting. Before all this, I used to be a student in China but ever since Covid hit I managed to go back to my country. Now my University is demanding that I go back to finish my degree ( for around 6 months max ). I was wondering, if me going back to China would delay or cause any issues in the future. Because of the special relationship both countries have, I find myself in a rather risky situation. Anybody has any idea what to do?

P.s: my husband is in the US army

My friend case was updated to the second Actively reviewed on Feb 24th.

But he can't access his case online as he can't add case number because it's asking him for access code which was expired. He chat with a rep but couldn't confirm what was the decision is there a a way to know??

I'm trying to figure out if my parents who I list as dependents (they do not live with me) need to fill out i-864a or not, the instruction is a bit confusing to me, I'm not planning to use my parents income and my income alone is comfortably above any limit. is filling out the i-864A only required if their income is included?
