Hello, have a question (Immigration took away/tore my uncle's traveler's visa several yeats ago due to him working in the US unauthorized) now his kids are US citizens.....and wondering if he is eligible to be "requested/brought over" to the US??? One of his kids has asked and he was told that he can not request him becausehe is now over the age of 18....is this correct??? Also, which form or what is the process to ask for forgiveness and start his application process (if, hd is even eligible?) Thabks in advance, any info or guidance is appreciated.

So we just got our I-130 approved today. My wife is a Mexican citizen, and we are currently living in Spain. However, I have accepted a new job offer in the US, and we will be leaving Spain on October 12th of this year so that I can start my new job, meanwhile my wife will move back to Mexico while we await her visa. Since we're still living in Spain, i imagine that we would get our visa interview scheduled in Spain (Madrid, though we currently live in Barcelona). Would it make more sense to go ahead and have her fly back to do her medical exam, interview, and wait out the visa in Madrid, or should we switch her address to Mexico and schedule the interview in Mexico? The reason I say so, is it seems like time to get an interview could be much quicker in Spain than in Mexico. That being said, of course it is kind of a pain to do everything when we will no longer be in Spain and will need to come back. If we decide to change our address to Mexico, will we be able to do so at the NVC stage?

I have not been able to find anywhere that says how long it takes to get scheduled for our interview in Ciudad Juarez. Can anyone tell me how long it took from the time they were approved by NVC to the time they received their Interview date? We are trying to plan, and just wanted a general timeframe to help us as we wait. We have been in this process for a very long time and are hopeful now that all we need is the interview. Thank you so much!

Hello, my brother mentioned to me somebody told him about a visa he could apply for to accompany/help my elderly parents whenever they travel to US for medical appointments and to visit family. I just don't seem to find the information on the type of visa he is talking about. Will that be B1/B2? As a side note he could be petitioned by my parents but it takes 15 years or more for a visa for Mexican citizens. He has a petition through my sister but his priority date is still far away.
