US Immigration from Mexico

I am trying to file my DS-260 with my case number and invoice number they sent me. However, it just tells me about how all non-immigrant visas needs a DS-160. I need to fill this out before Friday but I keep running into this issue. It cant be to make another DS-160 because my case number is correlated to my DS-160 that I had already filed and paid for.

Does anyone know how i should estimate my plans of marriage with the backlogg from Mexico Juarez? My NOA2 is July 30th but Since March 18,2020 every visa was cancelled in Juarez.

My fianc s Visa interview is in 2 weeks, however we are getting increasingly worried because we have attempted to get her police certificate for months now and we repeatedly get no response back. How do we go about getting this police certificate in Mexico. It was a pain just to get this emergency interview, I dont want to waste it.

I am under a K1 visa, I arrived the USA june the 2nd, got married in June 30 and sent my AOS packet on August 10 th! now....My AOS packet got rejected, I received it today, a couple hours ago actually...

INCREDIBLY.... I FORGOT TO SIGN THE MAIN APPLICATION!!!! I PUT TOO MUCH CARE in other details but forgot the most important!

Questions

1. There is also a part of my rejection Notice (attached) that reads "Based on the information you provided, your priority date could not be established. Please resubmit your application with the proper documentation to the address listed at the bottom of this notice."Then there's a list of documents that may be provided, which include I-130, I-140, I-360 or an I-797 if one of those or an I-526 has already been filed or approved . i AM A K1 VISA HOLDER AND SUBMITTED MY NOA1 and NOA 2. so I am not sure if they are requiring something here! can someone help?

2. my Visa K1 visa time expires this sunday the 30th! * the 90 days! so Im sending the packet AGAIN tomorrow at first hour so it can be received on Friday 28th! if it gets received before the 30th do you think I will face any problems date related???? im so scared!!!

3. the packet came back with forms and supporting docs stappled& grouped in a logic that I cannot understand, but I guess USCIS does and with printed codes/numbers in the bottom of all pages. I have been reading in different posts that I can resubmit (in this case I will be just signing the form I-485) without reassembling it as the original submision but instead I can just send it as it is stapled. (I just need to place the green page on top) what do you recommend? someone with a simmilar experience?

4. I sent the original submission via USPS, and USCIS is asking me to re send the new submission to the same Address, I was wondering if I can Use UPS or FEDEX to send the packet as URGENT to the USPS ADDRESS! or should I stick with sending it via USPS?? I just want to make sure it arrives on time to the POBOX!

Hi All,

So my wife s AOS interview was scheduled for April 15th, 2020. Like countless others, this was cancelled due to COVID. We waited and waited and accepted that it wasn t going to be soon. Finally, last Thursday (8/20) we saw that our status was changed to Interview was Scheduled. Awesome! Today we got the NOA and the date: September 9th.

Here lies many issues with that date:

1) We are currently halfway across the country. My home state requires a 14 day quarantine for returning residents. We were planning on leaving as early as this weekend in order to fulfill that requirement. Since the date is literally two weeks from today, that will not even be possible.

2) Based on number 1, we are technically required to reschedule the interview since we will not be able to venture into the public. I accept that as I m sure that will be a non starter when trying to enter the building.

3) So, time to reschedule. This is where it gets a little hairy. My wife s EAD/AP expires 11/19. We submitted a request for renewal which was received on 8/17. We figured we should have submitted it sooner, but were hopeful that a successful interview would mean a GC in hand before then. Normally, we would say okay, that s unfortunate but you can t get a job or travel internationally (she doesn t work now). BUT, what if she gets a job before November 19th when her EAD expires? She would lose that job, correct? An employer can t keep an employee who is unauthorized to work. This point is pretty important though: if she is granted renewal before then, none of this entire situation matters. But of course, we can t count on that.

4) What should we expect with a reschedule? I know we re in chaotic times of uncertainty, but is there any indication as to how far in the future rescheduled interviews take place? Are we lumped back in with new applicants?

So, we re a little upset that the interview has stipulations (remaining local for 14 days) that the applicant could not fulfill under any circumstance. Does anyone have any tips on what we should in this situation? What kind of dates can be expected for a rescheduled interview?
