Hello Members, My fiancee has online business in her home country. We understand that once her K1 visa is approved, she is not allowed to work while in the US until she receives her green card or some sort of work permit. My question is, while waiting for her green card or work permit, is she allowed to remotely working on her online business from her home country? Thanks.

Friends, My wife is doing her US Citizenship pretty soon, our attorney is supposed to be mailing in her paperwork any day now. We have been studying the 100 questions, and she can answer 98% of them correctly on the first try, so no worries there. She is still learning the English language and can answer basic questions. My question for you guys, are there any tools or websites to help with the reading and writing portion? I know the USCIS brochure has a list of "words" that can be used for the Reading and Writing, but are there any list of examples that we can try to work on?

Hi! My K1 is currently stuck at the NVC since April 9. Has any one gotten passed this point? I understand that due to COVID everything is suspended but apperently the Ciudad Juarez embassy is open to "Emergency Appointments," what would qualify for that?

I have no clue if I m posting in the right area, but my question has to do with filing the N-400. My in laws have been legal permanent residents since 2013 and want to become citizens. They were told they may not be able to because of the new public charge rule regarding Medicaid. They have healthcare through the ACA, not Medicaid. From everything I ve read, having health care through the ACA will not affect them. Is this correct? Do I need to take my question elsewhere thanks in advance!

Okay, so does the 90 day prior to 5 year rule apply to online application? We didn't get around to filing n400 at the 3 yr mark and are now a week away from being able to apply under the 5 year rule. I selected 5 yr rule option while filling out questions but then when I put the date of LPR it said he was ineligible but it will let me under 3 year rule. Is the 90 days only applicable filing via mail? I mean we can wait to submit app another week but wanted to get everything filed online today.
