I got aproved June 4 2020 my case is still at NVC I have not got any info from them just my case number what is the next step to do to get an interview thanks

I have a question regarding expedites at NVC.
My case is a K1 visa at NVC and i'm trying to expedite the case to ciudad juarez. I've been told several medical reasons qualify for an expedite (pregnancy, cancer, ect.) but are mental health reasons being consider at all for an expedite? Any other reasons that qualify and if so is there examples that someone has?

Current status:

AOS from tourist visa

I-485, I-130 & I-765 NOA's received

Expired (both) I-94 and Mexican Passport

Pending Biometrics and EAD card.

Situation:

Would like to travel within the US to our second home but have to go through a Border Patrol Checkpoint on the way to.

With the above mentioned documents, can we travel and expect no issues at the checkpoint after showing the NOAs and marriage certificate?

Like the rest of the world (or atleast in this forum), i'm confused and worried about my K1 application.

I have 2 questions that I would like some guidance in.

1. My case is stuck at NVC (since April 9) because Ciudad Juarez isn't taking any cases in yet BUT i have heard they are starting to schedule soon... Is anyone else in the same boat?

2. I submitted my DS-160 online while I wait. I was told by a fellow member that we have to pay for the DS-160. I wasnt asked to pay anything when I submitted, does anyone know at what point to we pay this fee?

My fianc and I are currently figuring out how/when we want to get married and how to go through the visa process (we will most likely be sending in the I-129f for a fianc visa soon). In the meantime she has a tourist visa that she can use to travel to the U.S. with me or to see me. She recently signed a contract to rent an apartment in Mexico while we wait our process, is the rental agreement something that would be useful for her to show when she's entering the U.S. if immigration officers give her trouble once they know she has an American fianc ?

If yes, should we get an official translation of the contract to english ?
