US Immigration from Mexico

Greetings,
Thank you everyone here in advance for the piles of advice I have read in other threads....Which has actually led to these questions.
Situation
I am US Citizen, have been dating boyfriend for 4.5 years. He is Venezulan, but has permanent residency in Panama until 2023, and has lived there 2013. He already has a B1/B2 Visa for the us. He is here visiting now, has been here for 2 months, planned to go back in 3 weeks. I proposed last week.
We just started looking at visa options and were thinking K1 due faster timeline....until Covid hit. Looks like they aren't processing K1's.
So my questions are.
1. We plan on getting married, so should we just do that and apply for CR1 instead.
2. If we do get married can we do it now in the US before he leaves?
3. How successful are people at getting change of status (ie coming on tourist visa and getting married)---from what I have read that is often considered Fraud. We didn't pre-plan any of this and don't want any issues.
4. If we get married now, and apply for CR1 and he goes back to Panama, is he still allowed to come to the US to visit on his B1/B2 in the meantime for visits
5. Any other ideas Im missing?

My wife got her notice today that her EAD was approved and the card would be coming in a separate mail. We didn't get a notice for the kids that are under 12. Has anyone here applied I-765 based for children. Did you get the approval notice at the same time as the adult? Just wondering if the are issues since I figured they would get at the same time as everything was filed at the same time and the biometrics were the same time too.

this is for AOS based on marriage, the bank confirmed the checks have been cashed ( I sent certified checks), how soon after that, did anyone receive email receipts or notice?

I've seen a lot of people sharing the status of their applications and I see that most of them have a "case creation date" and mine doesn't say anything. Is that normal?

I received my DQ'd email notification on June 1st, 2020.

Hello,

I will be shipping our form I-129f from Mexico, so I will be using FedEx or UPS and shipping it to the Lewisville, TX address. Is that also the address I should put on all of the forms of my application, like the cover letter and our personal statements expressing an intent to marry? Or would you put the Dallas address on those forms?
