I sent our K-1 application in at the end of November and have still not received an NOA 1 and our check still has not cleared. Anyone else in the same boat or know why this is happening?

does anyone knows how long is taking NVC to schedule appointments for interview?
My parents documents got approved on 9/24/20 they re supposed to get their interview in Ciudad Ju rez Mexico

i change my address filing the AR-11 Form, but it only allowed me to change for the cases mentioned above but not for 130? do i have to do the same for 130? or with only those 3 should suffice?

Hi.

I'm wondering if it is possible to apply to bring my niece without having to apply for her mother. I do not have a great relationship with her and my niece suffers while staying with her. She's over 18 and I'm not sure if it is possible. I'd like her to live with me but if not we are considering at least a tourist visa so she can come and spend a few months with me every year.

Any advice would be great.
